train then & wherever you are and feel like it

Trainingmanagement is a term that we use to describe a central part of sports medicine: regular training for my optimal way, in on my coordinated stimuli and then also bringing fun is usually difficult. 'I don't take my trainer with me everywhere.'

What support can I offer you?

As a competitive swimmer, I trained frequently and for long periods of time. As a long-distance athlete, my endurance was a central training goal. That's why I've been running since I was a child. Uphill, downhill or simply across fields or along the beach. No matter where I was, it was very rare for my trainer to be there at the same time. I knew what I should pay attention to, what pulse values I should implement and I usually managed it quite well. I enjoyed coming up with other thoughts and finding my way back to myself.

I then wrote down my results in my training diary, and then discuss it with my trainer. So my training concept continued to develop and my endurance performance continued to improve. That was in the time before the internet, before apps and, above all, free data reception across Europe. Today I continue to use POLAR as a system to measure, save and display my pulse values. POLAR today offers an online platform that anyone can use without or with a POLAR watch and this is exactly what we use in my training management. This means I can always give you helpful support for your training, no matter where you are in the world and what you are training.

I look forward to talking to you about this!

What value does your training management offer you?

You train wherever you travel around the world! Endurance, strengthening and relaxation are all included to achieve your personal training goal. When we were young or studying, we were athletes in a sports club or studio and were looked after by trainers. Then our professional lives began, we gradually withdrew from sports, left our coaching teams and at some point our body went on strike. Joint, muscle, tendon or even metabolic problems arise, which bring us to physiotherapists and receive treatment. This is exactly the starting point of my training management.

Finally there is a way that I can help you outside of our joint training sessions and accompany your training in a professional and motivational way! Through this 'fitcare training management' you will always progress as desired: no matter when, where, what and with what you train!

We use the possibilities of this online training diary from POLAR | Flow (www.flow.polar.com), which adapts entirely to your needs. Basically, you can log all of your training sessions and body data. This way you always have a clear overview of your training development!

In addition, I offer you the opportunity to regularly monitor your training and development and send you my feedback with personal training recommendations: "Achieve your goals with my online companion and feel good!"

My offer can be expanded further so that you can buy POLAR heart rate monitors (www.polar.com). The purchase price includes setting up this training companion and one month of online training support! Please feel free to contact me if you are interested. We find the product that makes sense for you and use it effectively!

Depending on whether, when and which POLAR product you use, I can also enter training sessions as a goal in your training diary, for example in preparation for fun runs or as part of your weight management. You then just need to 'work through' these.

This way you will no longer train aimlessly, but will always be successful!
